3D Printer Service Questions
Why won't my 3D printer's first layer stick to the bed?
Poor first-layer adhesion is usually caused by an unlevel bed, incorrect nozzle height, a dirty print surface, or the wrong bed temperature for your filament. We diagnose the exact cause and recalibrate your printer for consistent adhesion on every print.
Why is my extruder clicking or not feeding filament?
A clicking or skipping extruder usually means the nozzle is clogged, the filament path is jammed, or the extruder tension is off. We clear the blockage, service the extruder assembly, and confirm smooth feeding with a test print before we call it done.
Why won't my hotend heat up?
