How do I book an appointment?
You can book online in 60 seconds, or call us at 469-293-2893. We offer same-day appointments 7 days a week across all of DFW.
What areas do you serve?
We cover the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, and Rockwall counties. That's 84+ cities. We come to your home or office.
How much does a repair cost?
Our diagnostic fee is $64.99, which covers the first hour of troubleshooting. Most repairs are completed within that first visit. We'll always quote you before doing additional work.
Do I need to back up my data first?
We recommend it when possible, but if your computer isn't functioning, don't worry — we'll handle data preservation as part of the repair. We never delete customer data without permission.
During & After Repair
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 1-2 hours on-site. Complex issues like data recovery or hardware replacement may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate before starting.
What's your warranty policy?
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge. Revisit appointments are always free.
How do I check my repair status?
Visit our repair status page and enter the phone number you used when booking. You'll see all your upcoming and completed appointments.
What if I'm not satisfied with the repair?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy, call us at 469-293-2893 and we'll make it right. You can also submit feedback anytime.
Common Computer Issues
My computer is running slow — what should I try?
Start by restarting your computer (a full shutdown, not just sleep). Close unused browser tabs and programs. Check if Windows Update is running in the background. If it's still slow after a restart, you may have malware or a failing hard drive — book a diagnostic and we'll find the root cause.
I think I have a virus. What do I do?
Don't panic, and don't click on any pop-ups. Disconnect from the internet (unplug ethernet or turn off WiFi). Don't enter passwords or financial info. Call us at 469-293-2893 — we can often start helping remotely while we drive to you.
My computer won't turn on. Is my data lost?
Not necessarily. A computer that won't boot could be a power supply issue, dead battery, or software corruption — none of which typically destroy data. We recover data from non-booting computers regularly. Learn about our data recovery service.
My WiFi keeps disconnecting. What's wrong?
Common causes: outdated router firmware, interference from other devices, too many devices on the network, or your router is too far away. Try restarting your router first. If it persists, we can do a network assessment and fix dead zones.
My printer isn't printing. Help!
First, check that it's powered on and connected (USB or WiFi). Try printing a test page from the printer itself. Clear the print queue on your computer (Settings → Printers). If it still won't print, it could be a driver issue or hardware failure — we repair all major brands.
I forgot my Windows password. Am I locked out?
