About the Position

Techrepair DFW is a growing mobile computer repair service in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We’re looking for experienced technicians who can deliver professional, same-day repairs directly to customers’ homes and businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair Windows PCs, laptops, and Apple Macs
• Perform virus removal, software troubleshooting, and hardware repairs
• Set up new computers and transfer data for residential and business customers
• Install and configure WiFi routers, printers, and network equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain repairs in simple terms

Requirements

• 1+ years of computer repair or IT support experience
• CompTIA A+ certification (preferred) or equivalent hands-on knowledge
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
