About the Position

We’re looking for a part-time Field IT Support Specialist to help serve our growing customer base of small businesses and home offices across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

What You’ll Do

• Provide on-site IT support for small businesses and home offices
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, printer, and software issues
• Set up computers, configure email accounts, and install software
• Assist with data backup and recovery tasks
• Support QuickBooks and other business software

Requirements

• Experience with Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with small office network setup (routers, switches, WiFi)
• Reliable transportation throughout DFW
• Professional demeanor with business clients
• Available for flexible hours including some evenings
