About the Position
Techrepair DFW is looking for a part-time remote help desk technician to support customers who need phone and remote-access assistance with their computers.
What You’ll Do
- Answer support calls and provide phone-based troubleshooting
- Connect remotely to customer computers to diagnose and fix issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes
- Escalate complex issues to field technicians when needed
- Document service notes and customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Experience with remote desktop tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar)
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- DFW area resident preferred
