Fix 1: Enter Correct Password
- Double-check your password
- Check Caps Lock
- If recently changed, use new password
- Try on webmail first to verify
Fix 2: Check “Remember Password”
- When prompted, check “Remember my credentials”
- Or “Save password”
- Enter credentials again
Fix 3: Restart Outlook
- Close Outlook completely
- End OUTLOOK.EXE in Task Manager
- Reopen Outlook

Enable Modern Authentication
For Microsoft 365:
- Modern auth uses browser for authentication
- Should happen automatically with updated Office
- Update Office if not working
