Quick Fixes
Fix 1: Rebuild Search Index
- File > Options > Search
- Click Indexing Options
- Click Advanced
- Click Rebuild
- Click OK
- Wait for rebuild (may take hours)
Fix 2: Include Outlook in Index
- File > Options > Search
- Click Indexing Options
- Click Modify
- Ensure Microsoft Outlook is checked
- OK
Fix 3: Wait for Indexing
New or large mailbox needs indexing:
- Check indexing status in search box
- Wait for “Indexing complete”
- May take several hours

- Check “Use Cached Exchange Mode”
- Adjust slider for more offline mail
