Computer Repair That Comes to You
Homes and Offices Across Dallas-Fort Worth
Most people search for computer repair when the machine has already cost them a morning. It will not start, it crashes in the middle of work, it is slower every week, or something on the screen looks wrong. Our techs drive to you, look at the machine where it sits, and tell you what is actually failing.
We work on desktops, laptops, all-in-ones and small office PCs. A lot of what we see is a fault people assumed meant a new computer. Plenty of the time it does not.

What we fix
-
Computer will not turn on
No lights, lights but no screen, or a start-up that loops back on itself. The cause can be power, memory, storage or the board, and we sort out which before anyone talks about parts.
-
Freezes, crashes and blue screens
Random restarts, error codes and programs that close on their own. These point to failing hardware, bad drivers or a damaged Windows install, and each one needs a different repair.
-
Slow and getting slower
Long start-ups, a spinning cursor for every click, fans running hard. We look at the drive, memory and what is running before deciding whether it needs repair work or an upgrade.
-
Windows update trouble
Updates stuck at a percentage, a machine that will not finish installing, or a PC that behaves differently after an update and printers or Wi-Fi that stopped working with it.
-
Hardware that has died
Failed drives, dead power supplies, broken ports, fans that grind, graphics that glitch. We replace the part and confirm the machine holds up under load before we leave.
-
Upgrades and custom builds
A solid state drive, more memory, a new graphics card, or a whole desktop built to your use. Often the cheapest way to get years more out of a good machine.
How a visit works
You book online or call, and a technician comes to your home or office. We start with a hands-on diagnostic: what the machine does, what it logs, and what the hardware reports. When the diagnostic is done you get a firm written price for the repair, and nothing is touched until you say yes.
If you decline, you keep the machine as it was and you have an honest answer about what is wrong. If you approve, the repair is done on site in most cases, we test it with you watching, and the work carries our 30-day labor warranty.
Diagnostic visit: $64.99 on weekdays, $84.99 if your location is more than 30 minutes from us, $109.99 if more than 45 minutes from us, and $150 if more than 1 hour from us or on weekends. The repair is priced separately, in writing, after the diagnostic.
Brands and machines we see
In DFW homes and small offices these come up most often:
- •Dell Inspiron, OptiPlex and XPS
- •HP Pavilion, ProDesk and Envy
- •Lenovo ThinkCentre and IdeaCentre
- •ASUS and Acer desktops
- •MSI and GIGABYTE custom builds
- •Apple iMac and Mac mini
- •Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines of every age
Repair or replace
We tell you which side your machine falls on. The factors we weigh:
Usually worth doing
- •The fault is one failed part and the rest of the machine is sound
- •The computer still does everything you need it to do
- •A drive or memory upgrade would remove the actual bottleneck
- •The machine is a business or workstation class model built to be serviced
Points toward replacing
- •Repair cost is close to what a comparable new machine would cost
- •More than one major part is failing at once
- •The hardware can no longer run the software you rely on
- •Parts for that model are hard to find
We would rather tell you a machine is finished than sell you a repair that will not last.

Common questions
Do you fix computers at my house or do I bring it in?
We come to you. Desktops are much easier to diagnose in place, and laptops can be looked at at your kitchen table. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you before you approve anything.
What if you cannot fix it?
Then you pay the diagnostic and nothing more, and you know why. You are never billed for a repair you did not approve.
Will I lose my files?
Our first concern on any machine is your data. If we think a repair puts files at risk, we say so before you decide, and we handle the drive accordingly.
Can you work on a business computer?
Yes. Small offices are a regular part of our work, and we can come outside normal office hours so staff are not sitting idle.
