WiFi and Network Help at Your Home or Office
Dallas-Fort Worth

WiFi trouble is annoying because it is hard to tell whose fault it is. Your internet provider says the line is fine. Your router says it is fine. And the upstairs office still drops every video call.

Our techs come to the building, walk the space, and check what is happening where the problem is. We set up and repair home and small office networks, from a single router to ceiling-mounted access points and wired runs.

What we fix

  • Dead zones and weak rooms

A signal that is strong by the router and nothing in the back bedroom or garage. The fix is usually where equipment is placed and what kind is used, not a bigger router.

  • Dropped video calls and slow speeds

The speed test looks fine and calls still freeze. That is often congestion, interference, or a device competing for the same channel.

  • Router and mesh setup

New equipment that needs to be set up properly: placement, naming, passwords, guest and smart-home networks, and making old devices behave.

  • Ceiling access points and wired networks

For bigger homes and offices, a wired access point in the ceiling beats any router on a shelf. We install them and run the cable.

  • Devices that will not connect

A laptop, printer or camera that joins the network and then loses it, or says connected with no internet.

  • Network closets and cabling

Tangled panels, unlabeled cables and equipment nobody understands. We tidy, label and document so the next fault is easier to find.

How a visit works

We start by looking at how your network is built and where the trouble shows up. After the diagnostic you get a firm written price for the repair or the new equipment, and we do not start until you approve it.

We test in the rooms that were causing trouble and leave you with a network that is set up in a way you can understand. Work is covered by our 30-day labor warranty.

Diagnostic visit: $64.99 on weekdays. It is one flat visit fee, not hourly. The tier depends only on the drive from us to you: $84.99 if you are more than a 30-minute drive from us, $109.99 if more than a 45-minute drive, and $150 if more than an hour's drive or on weekends. The repair is priced separately, in writing, after the diagnostic.

Equipment we work with

Networking gear we see and install around DFW:

  • •Spectrum, AT&T Fiber, Frontier and Verizon modems and gateways
  • •Netgear Orbi and Nighthawk
  • •TP-Link Deco and Archer
  • •ASUS routers, including tri-band models
  • •Eero and Google Nest WiFi
  • •Ubiquiti UniFi access points and switches
  • •Starlink
  • •Cat6 cabling, patch panels and network switches

Repair, add or replace

More equipment is not always the answer. We weigh:

Usually worth doing

  • •The equipment is sound and only misplaced or misconfigured
  • •Interference or channel congestion can be fixed with settings
  • •A single failed device is causing the outage

Points toward replacing

  • •The router is several years old and cannot handle your devices
  • •The home is larger than a single unit can cover
  • •The ISP gateway is limited and cannot be configured the way you need
  • •A wired access point would solve a problem wireless extenders never will

We will not sell you a mesh kit when moving the router would do.

Common questions

Do I need a mesh system?

Not always. Placement and settings fix many dead zones. We tell you when equipment is actually needed.

Will you run cable through my walls?

We run cable where it makes sense for the building and tell you the plan and price first.

My provider says the line is fine. Can you still help?

Yes. A fine line does not mean a fine network. Most problems sit between the modem and your devices.

Can you set up a separate network for guests or smart devices?

Yes, and we recommend it for most homes and offices.
