Emergency Computer Repair, Any Hour
Dallas-Fort Worth
Some computer problems cannot wait for a business day. A laptop that dies before a presentation, a ransomware note on the office server, a point-of-sale computer down on a Saturday, a machine that was fine at midnight and will not start.
We take calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you call, we ask what is happening and what is at stake, and we tell you when we can be there.

What counts as an emergency
-
Ransomware and active attacks
Locked files, a ransom message, or accounts being used by someone else. The first moves matter, and we can talk you through what to leave alone.
-
A business computer or server that is down
A point-of-sale terminal, office server or the one workstation the business runs on. Every hour is lost revenue.
-
Deadline machines
A laptop that will not start before a presentation, a filing or a court date.
-
Crashes and boot failures
A blue screen loop, a machine that will not get to Windows, or a drive that suddenly vanished.
-
Lost files that cannot be replaced
Drives that click or disappear. The advice here is to stop using the machine until we have looked at it.
-
Internet and network outages
When the cause is inside the building, we can find it. If it is the provider, we say so.
How a visit works
Call, tell us what happened, and we tell you what to do and not do while you wait. A technician comes to your location and diagnoses the problem. You get a firm written price before any work starts, and we do not repair anything until you approve it.
Urgency is not a reason to skip approval. Our diagnostic is $64.99 on weekdays. It is one flat visit fee, not hourly. The tier depends only on the drive from us to you: $84.99 if you are more than a 30-minute drive from us, $109.99 if more than a 45-minute drive, and $150 if more than an hour's drive or on weekends. The repair itself is quoted separately. Work is covered by our 30-day labor warranty.
Systems we handle
Emergency calls come from every kind of setup:
- •Windows desktops and laptops
- •Dell, HP and Lenovo business PCs
- •Small business servers and NAS drives
- •Point-of-sale computers
- •QuickBooks and office software
- •Routers, switches and ISP gateways
- •Mac computers
Fix now or work around
In an emergency, speed and permanence do not always go together. We weigh:
Usually worth doing
- •A fast repair that is safe and stable
- •A temporary setup that gets you through the deadline, then a proper fix
- •Protecting data before anything else
Points toward replacing
- •Hardware that has failed and will fail again
- •Loaner or replacement equipment for the time being
- •A rebuild from backups when a machine cannot be trusted
We will tell you which route fits, and what each one costs, before work begins.
Common questions
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. Call at any hour.
Do you charge extra for nights?
The diagnostic is $64.99 on weekdays. It is one flat visit fee, not hourly. The tier depends only on the drive from us to you: $84.99 if you are more than a 30-minute drive from us, $109.99 if more than a 45-minute drive, and $150 if more than an hour's drive or on weekends. Anything beyond that is quoted in writing before work.
What should I do while I wait for you?
If you suspect ransomware or a hack, disconnect from the network and do not restart. For a failing drive, switch it off. We tell you more on the call.
Can you help a business?
Yes. Business computers, servers and networks are a regular part of our emergency calls.
